IVN Best
The standard BEST was launched by the International Association of Natural Textile Industry (IVN) and follows, similar to GOTS, strict requirements regarding the fulfilment of environmental criteria as well as the input of chemicals and other additives. Regarding social criteria BEST is even more progressive than GOTS. Additionally, contrary to GOTS, exclusively articles from 100% organic fibre material may become certified.
